Fateh Sports Wear Limited Re-Elects Directors and Leadership at Extraordinary General Meeting

Hyderabad, At the Extraordinary General Meeting held at the registered office of Fateh Sports Wear Limited on June 10, 2024, the company passed a resolution re-electing seven members as directors for the upcoming term of the Board of Directors, which begins on June 12, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), those re-elected include Mr. Rauf Alam, Mr. Aftab Alam, Mr. Saeed Alam, Mr. Faraz Alam, Mr. Ashhar Alam, Mr. Jamal Alam, and Mrs. Shabana Aftab.

In addition to their re-election as directors, Mr. Rauf Alam and Mr. Aftab Alam were also re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, respectively, for the next term.
