Information under section 218 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984
In pursuance of provision of Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the members of the Company are hereby informed that the Board of Directors has passed the following resolution;-
“Resolved that Mr. Muhammad Saleem, Director or the Company be and is hereby appointed as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 5th November 2011 for the remaining period of the outgoing Chief Executive.
Further Resolved that the remuneration of Mr. Muhammad Saleem, Chief Executive of the Company, who is also a full time working Director be and is hereby fixed for Rs. 80,000/- per month with effect from November 5, 2011.
Further Resolved that the above named Chief Executive of the Company will also be entitled to have Company maintained transport including petrol, reimbursement of Medical Expenses and other allowances as will be determined by the Board from time to time”.
