Karachi: Crescent Star Insurance Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on April 05, 2016.
The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for the year ended Dec 31, 2015which portrayed a profit of Rs. 81,682,351 and earnings per share 1.32 basic and diluted.
Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
The annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on April 30, 2016 at the registered office of the company in Karachi.
Further, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from April 24, 2016 to April 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
