First Equity Modaraba’s revised notice of board meeting

Karachi: Please refer to our letter QOP-223(1)/2011 dated September 22, 2011 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of Premier Financial Services (Private) Limited, the management company of First Equity Modaraba (FEM).

This is to inform you that the time of the said meeting has been re-scheduled and now it will be held at 11.30 am instead of 11.00 am, whereas the other matters would remain same.
