Karachi, First Punjab Modaraba has informed its Certificate Holders regarding the upcoming Annual Review Meeting, scheduled to assess the Modaraba’s performance for the year ended December 31, 2022. The Certificate Transfer Books will be closed from August 23 to August 30, 2023 (both days inclusive), in preparation for the Annual Review Meeting.
During this period, all transfers received by the Registrar’s office, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., until the close of business hours on August 22, 2023, will be considered valid for attendance at the meeting.
The Annual Review Meeting is set to take place on August 30, 2023, through a video link utilizing Zoom Meeting technology. The event is aligned with Regulation No. 33, Chapter IV of Modaraba Regulations, 2021, and aims to comprehensively review the Modaraba’s performance throughout the year.
Certificate Holders interested in participating in the meeting via the video link are encouraged to send their intimation through a valid email ID to the address provided at least seven (07) days before the scheduled meeting date: armdec2022@punjabmodaraba.com.pk. This proactive step demonstrates the Modaraba’s commitment to transparency and engagement with its stakeholders.
