Former Indian interlocutor to IIOJK Dineshwar Sharma dies

New Delhi, December 04, 2020 (PPI-OT): Former Indian interlocutor to Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Dineshwar Sharma, died today.

Dineshwar Sharma was appointed as interlocutor by Narendra Modi-led Indian government in 2017 to pacify the tempers following the mass uprising triggered by the extra-judicial killing of popular youth leader, Burhan Wani, on July 08, 2016.

However, during his tenure as interlocutor, Sharma failed to bring respite to the Indian atrocities on the people of IIOJK and persuade the Modi government to stop using brute force against them.
