Karachi, Ghani Global Holdings Limited (GGL) has officially announced the resignation of Mr. Muhammad Noman Shafique from his position as Head of Internal Audit. In the interim, the Board of Directors has named Hafiz Muhammad Adeel as the acting Head of Internal Audit. The company has instructed that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange be informed about this management change.
