Lahore, Ghazi Fabrics International Limited has scheduled a board meeting on April 29, 2024, in Lahore to review the quarterly accounts for the period ending March 30, 2024. The meeting will focus on the potential declaration of any entitlements.

Additionally, the company has announced a closed period from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024, in compliance with section 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly deal in the company’s shares.
