Gilgit-Baltistan govt establishes healthcare endowment fund

Gilgit-Baltistan Government has established an endowment fund of five billion rupees for provision of healthcare facilities to deserving patients.

This initiative is expected to have a positive impact on the region’s healthcare indicators, including mortality rate, disease prevalence, and quality of life.
