Karachi, September 7, 2012 (PPI-OT): Further to out letter dated August 15, 2012 the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 28, 2012 at 9:00 am, at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan Auditorium, Clifton, Karachi.

The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from September 21, 2012 to September 28, 2012 (both clays inclusive).
