Governor Sindh directs Karachi Electric Supply Company to overcome power crisis

Karachi: Sindh Governor Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan on Monday summoned the management of KESC to Governor House and expressed his deep concern over growing problem of load shedding in the metropolis.

He observed that due to the on-going dispute between the KESC management and employees, the customers were facing hardships and continue to face power crisis.

“Efforts should be made to resolve the disputes and overcome power crisis,” he asked the KESC management.

He said that the provincial government will continue to extend all support to the management of KESC and at the same time problems of employees should also be justifiably resolved.

“There is a need that the KESC management and employees should resolve their disputes in greater national interest and through mutual understanding,” he pointed out.
