Govt taking steps to promote IT in country: Shaza Fatima

Minister of State for IT and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima says government is taking effective steps for the promotion of Information and Communication Technology in the country.

She was talking Chief Executive Officer Huawei, Pakistan Ethan Sun in Islamabad.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on digitalization, IT and Telecom infrastructure and skills development.

She said under the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan youth of the country are being given training in information technology.

Shaza Fatima said government wants Huawei to assist in launching one-stop service platform for registering businesses and quick services delivery to citizens.
