Lahore, February 18, 2020 (PPI-OT):Company officials of Gugler of Austria, Mr. Alois Gugler, Managing Director, and Mr. Florian Gugler, Sales Manager, visited Descon on 11 February 2020. They were accompanied by Mr. Usman Anwar, Chief Executive Officer of AIPEL, Pakistan.
Mr. Taimur Dawood, Chairman Descon, Mr. Arfeen Khalid, CEO Descon Power Solutions, Mr. Nadeem Bajwa, CEO Descon Engineering, Mr. Taimur Saeed, President Marketing and Sales Descon Engineering and Mr. Adnan Bakhtiar President Infrastructure and EPC Division Descon Engineering met with the guests, along with other team members.
The delegation was given a briefing on Descon and its business followed by a productive discussion. Descon showed deep interest in cooperation with Gugler for the Pakistani market and the interest was reciprocated by the Gugler team. It was decided to keep regular contact with each other and opportunities for cooperation be explored. Gugler is an international supplier of water turbines (5KW to 25MW) with a large installed base in Asia.
