Karachi, July 22, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills Limited (HWQS), will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the registered office of the company situated at 06-F, Model Town, Lahore, to consider the Third Quarterly Accounts for the period ended on June 30, 2013.

As required under clause xxvi of the code of corporate governance, we would like to inform you that the company has determined a Closed Period from July 22, 2013 to July 30, 2013 (both days inclusive). No Director, CEO or Executive of the company is entitled, directly or indirectly, to deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
