Iddat case: Court rejects PTI founding Chairman, Bushra Bibi’s pleas to suspend sentence

A District and Session Court in Islamabad has rejected the pleas filed by founding chairman of PTI and his spouse Bushra Bibi for suspension of their sentence in Iddat Nikah case.

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Afzal Majoka announced the verdict today, which was reserved on Tuesday.

Earlier, a court had handed down seven years sentence in Iddat Nikah Case to both PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in February this year.
