Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has formally inaugurated the Margalla Trails Patrol Unit.
On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi met the police officers of Margalla Trails Patrol Unit and advised them to perform their duties diligently. He also inspected the motorcycle and cavalry unit.
Speaking on this occasion, the Minister said a force of 60 police officers will patrol the Margalla trails. He said the purpose of this force is to protect people on Margalla trails.
If a citizen loses his way or there is an emergency, these officers will reach for immediate help.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi directed to take immediate steps to solve the problem of mobile signal in Margalla Trails area.
Earlier, IG Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi gave a briefing about Margalla Patrol Unit.
