In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from July 06, 2023, to July 13, 2023. This period restricts any trading or dealing in the company’s shares by the Directors, CEO, or any executives, directly or indirectly. The implementation of the Closed Period ensures transparency and avoids any potential conflicts of interest.
