Pakistan Cables Limited Announces Credit and Dispatch of 10% Bonus Shares to Shareholders

Karachi, Pakistan Cables Limited is pleased to notify its valued shareholders about the issuance of Bonus Shares and the subsequent distribution process. The company’s Board of Directors approved the issuance of Bonus Shares at a ratio of 10 ordinary shares for every 100 ordinary shares held, equivalent to 10% of the total shares. This decision was made during the board meeting held on June 16, 2023.

As per the announcement, the Bonus Shares of Rs.10/- each have been directly credited into the sub-accounts of shareholders who maintain their shareholdings in the book-entry form through the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC). This credit was completed on June 26, 2023, ensuring a seamless process for shareholders.

Additionally, shareholders who maintain their shareholdings in physical form will receive their Bonus Share Certificates. The company has dispatched these certificates to the registered addresses of shareholders on July 05, 2023. This step ensures that shareholders in physical possession of their share certificates can avail themselves of the benefits of the 10% Bonus Shares.
