International Industries Limited’s board meeting and closed period

Karachi, January 15, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of our Board of Directors is scheduled for Friday, February 1, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at our registered office, 101 Beaumont Plaza, 10 Beaumont Road, Karachi to review the un-audited half yearly financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2012.

Further, as per clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance a closed period will be effective from January 18, 2013 to February 1, 2013 or until the financial information made public.
