International Packaging Films Limited IPO Sees Oversubscription in Public Offering

Karachi, The initial public offering (IPO) of International Packaging Films Limited received applications for a total of 17,566,100 ordinary shares, surpassing the issue size of 17,526,364 shares. The public subscription was held on May 15 and 16, 2024, with the final subscription figures compiled by M/s CDC Share Registrar Services Limited.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the summary provided indicates a breakdown of applications and shares across various categories, with significant interest noted in higher share categories. Specifically, the category for shares above 2000 saw 223 applications for a total of 15,308,100 shares, amounting to PKR 385,764,120. In total, 2,018 applications were received, covering all categories and totaling PKR 439,956,120 in subscribed funds.

Subject to scrutiny, applications for all ordinary shares will be allotted, marking a successful fundraising effort for the company through this IPO.
