Iranian President Remembered as a Supporter of Kashmir and Palestine by Pakistani Senator

Islamabad, Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed has publicly mourned the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who recently perished in a helicopter crash.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Senator Hussain described President Raisi as a prominent advocate for Kashmir and Palestine, noting his passing as a significant loss. In remarks made to a private news channel, he recounted his personal relationships with Raisi and Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, emphasizing their shared support for Pakistan and their admiration for Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal, Pakistan’s national poet.

Senator Hussain also praised Raisi’s diplomatic accomplishments, particularly his role in normalizing relations with Saudi Arabia, and labeled him a steadfast ally of Pakistan.
