Ittehad Chemicals Limited Announces 10% Interim Cash Dividend for FY 2024

Karachi, Ittehad Chemicals Limited has announced a 10% interim cash dividend for the financial year ending June 30, 2024, amounting to Rs. 1.00 per share. The dividend has been directly credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the entitled shareholders on March 15, 2024.

The company has noted that the dividend payment for shareholders who have not provided their valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and a copy of a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) has been withheld. Shareholders are urged to submit their IBAN details to their respective Broker, Central Depository Company (CDC) Participant, or Investor Account Services if shares are held in Book Entry Form. Alternatively, details can be submitted to the company’s Share Registrar, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited, if shares are held in Physical Form.
