Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited Announces Election of Directors

Karachi, Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited has announced the list of candidates who have filed their nominations for the upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled to take place on May 20, 2023. The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters in Kohat, or at any adjournment or rescheduling thereof.

The following individuals have offered themselves for election as Directors of the company for the next term of three years, commencing from May 21, 2023:

1. Lt. Gen. (Retd) Ali Kuli Khan Khattak, 2. Dr. Shahin Kuli Khan Khattak, 3. Mr. Ahmad Kuli Khan Khattak, 4. Col. (Retd) Syed Yunus Ali Raze, 5. Mr. Gohar Ayub Khan, 6. Major Gen (Retd.) Saeed Ahmed Yayah and 7. Mrs. Shahnaz Sajjad Ahmad

The number of candidates is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board of Directors of Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited. Therefore, the election for the next term will be held at the forthcoming EOGM without any further nominations.
