JKLF Pays Tribute to Amanullah Khan on His Eighth Death Anniversary

Srinagar, The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) paid tribute to its late leader Amanullah Khan on his eighth death anniversary with a series of events held across Jammu and Kashmir, Azad Kashmir, and other parts of the world.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the JKLF organized various events in Srinagar, Kotli, Muzaffarabad, Gilgit, Rawalakot, Bagh, Tatta Pani, Abbaspur, and Karachi, as well as in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The participants commemorated Amanullah Khan’s life and reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the struggle for freedom in accordance with his guiding principles.

A prayer meeting was held at the JKLF party office in Srinagar, where senior party leaders and workers gathered to pay their respects. The spokesman for JKLF stated that the anniversary was observed with devotion and respect across the region, with significant events taking place in numerous cities.

In Rawalakot, a rally and a conference were organized to honor Amanullah Khan’s legacy. Similarly, rallies and conferences took place in Bagh, Tatta Pani, and Gilgit. In addition, events in Brussels, Birmingham, and other locations in the U.S. and Europe paid tribute to Amanullah Khan’s contributions and emphasized the ongoing struggle for independence and justice.

During the events, participants expressed their admiration for Amanullah Khan’s dedication to the cause and reiterated their determination to follow in his footsteps. The Chairman of JKLF, Muhammad Yasin Malik, praised Amanullah Khan’s efforts and urged the attendees to continue working towards the realization of his unfulfilled mission.

The commemorations highlighted Amanullah Khan’s significant role in the Kashmiri freedom movement and underscored the enduring impact of his leadership on the struggle for liberation.
