Karachi, The Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a special meeting on May 30, 2023, in Karachi. The primary agenda of the meeting will be to deliberate upon the proposed increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the company and other related matters.
The company has also declared a “Closed Period” from May 29, 2023, to May 30, 2023.
