Karachi Development Authority Signs MoU with Chinese Consulate for Land Exchange

Karachi: In a strategic move aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation, the Director General of the Karachi Development Authority (KDA), Syed Shujaat Hussain, alongside Chinese Consul General Yang Yundong, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the exchange of a significant parcel of land.

According to Karachi Development Authority, the MoU formalizes the allotment of a 4212 square yard plot in exchange for a building located in the upscale PECHS area. The signing ceremony was attended by Senior Director Waryal Ender, Director Estate and Enforcement Syed Arshad Abbas, and other key staff members, marking a significant collaboration between the KDA and the Chinese consulate.

The agreement is expected to foster increased collaboration and development initiatives between Karachi and its Chinese partners, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening ties and mutual benefits.
