KASB Funds Limited’s Change of Registrar/ Transfer Agent in respect of Funds under management

Karachi: Kindly note that the Registrar/Transfer Agent in respect of the Mutual Funds under the management of KASB Funds Limited (KFL) will be changed from Noble Computer Services (Pvt) Limited (Mezzanine Floor, House of Habib Building (Siddiqsons Tower), 3-Jinnah Cooperative Housing Society, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi -75350) to KASB Funds Limited (6th Floor, Trade Centre, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi) with effect from July 1, 2011.

Therefore, from July 1, 2011, the unit holders of the following mutual funds under the management of KASB Funds Limited are requested to notify any change in their particulars at KASB Funds Limited, 6th Floor, Trade Centre, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi:

KASB Income Opportunity Fund (formerly KASB Liquid Fund);
KASB Stock Market Fund;
KASB Asset Allocation Fund (formerly KASB Balanced Fund);
KASB Islamic Income Opportunity Fund (formerly KASB Islamic Income Fund);
KASB Cash Fund; and
KASB Capital Protected Gold Fund.
