Islamabad, July 07, 2023 (PPI-OT): All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter Convener Mahmood Ahmad Saghar, General Secretary Sheikh Abdul Mateen and Information Secretary Imtiaz Wani have said that a day will come when Kashmiris will get rid of Indian subjugation. Mahmood Ahmad Saghar, Sheikh Abdul Mateen and Imtiaz Wani in a joint statement issued in Islamabad said India is violating international laws in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. They said that the Kashmiris would continue their struggle till the settlement of the Kashmir dispute as per the United Nations resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
They also appealed to the international community to fulfill its obligations regarding the settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute for ensuring durable peace in South Asia. The APHC-AJK leaders paid tributes to popular martyred youth leader, Burhan Wani, on the eve of his martyrdom anniversary. They appealed to the Kashmiris and Pakistanis living abroad to organize protest rallies, seminars and other programmes to pay homage to Burhan Wani and other martyrs of the Kashmir freedom movement.
