Kohinoor Mills Limited’s board of directors’ meeting and declaration of closed period

Karachi, September 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is going to be held on Monday, 24th day of September, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at 8th Kilometer Manga Raiwind Road, District Kasur, to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012 and for declaration of entitlement, if any.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from 17-09-2012 to 24-09-2012 (both days Inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or other Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company In any manner during the Closed Period.
