Southern Electric Power Company Limited’s board of directors meeting to consider financial statements for the year ended June the 30th 2012

Karachi, September 17, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Southern Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO) will be held on Monday September 24th 2012 at 10:00 hours at the Registered Office, No. 50, Street No 60, F-11/4 Islamabad to receive, consider and approve the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30th 2012.

We refer also cautioned all the Directors and Senior Executives of the Company not to deal in any manner in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period i.e. from Monday September the 17th 2012 to Monday, September the 24th 2012 (both days inclusive).
