Karachi: With reference to our earlier letter No Corp./KML/12/219 dated February 20, 2012, regarding board of Directors’ meeting to be held on Monday, 27th day of February, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at 8th K.M. Manga Raiwind Road, District Kasur, to consider the Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2011, for declaration of any entitlement, if any.

Kindly note that the above meeting in still in progress and the decision of Board of Directors’ will be transmitted to the Exchanges according to Listing Regulations.
