Loralai: During an unexpected visit to Divisional Public High School, Commissioner Loralai Division Saadat Hasan reviewed the school’s facilities, including a newly built structure and the deteriorating condition of the older building. Recognizing the school’s challenges, including delayed government grants totaling Rs 6 million over the past three years, Commissioner Hasan initiated steps to address the financial and infrastructural issues faced by the educational institution.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Commissioner Hasan, after detailed inspections and discussions with the school’s principal, acknowledged the urgency of the situation given the school’s enrollment of approximately 550 students and the completion of six new classrooms. He contacted the Deputy Commissioner of Loralai to arrange a prompt visit and meeting with the school principal to draft a detailed action plan within a week to resolve the school’s problems.
The Commissioner also committed to engaging with relevant departments to expedite the release of the overdue funds, ensuring that the educational needs of the students are met and that the school environment is conducive to learning.
