Karachi, Lucky Core Industries Limited held its Extraordinary General Meeting on May 11, 2023, where several important resolutions were passed, including the election of new directors and the authorization of QR-enabled circulation of the annual report.
Under Agenda Item No. I, it was resolved that all eight candidates, namely Mr. Muhammad Sohail Tabba, Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba, Mr. Jawed Yunus Tabba, Ms. Amina A. Aziz Bawany, Mr. Asif Jooma, Mr. Muhammad Abid Ganatra, Syed Muhammad Shabbar Zaidi, and Mr. Adnan Afridi, were declared elected as Directors of Lucky Core Industries Limited. The term of their directorship will be three years, commencing from May 11, 2023.
In Agenda Item No.2, it was resolved that the Executive Director(s) of the company are authorized to hold the office of profit as executives of the Company, in addition to their positions as Directors, in accordance with their employment contracts and company policies.
Lastly, under Agenda Item No.3, Lucky Core Industries Limited was authorized to circulate its annual report, which includes annual audited financial statements, auditor’s report, Directors’ report, Chairman’s review report, and other reports, to the members of the company through QR-enabled codes and weblinks.
