Macpac Films Limited’s financial results for the year ended June 30, 2011

Karachi: We have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting held on October 7, 2011, at 4:00 p.m., at the Registered Office of the Company, F/2, A-F , S.I.T.E., Karachi, recommended the following;

 

(i) CASH DIVIDEND NIL
(ii) BONUS SHARES NIL
(iii) RIGHT SHARES NIL

 

The Financial results of the Company are enclosed.

The Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of Macpac Films Limited (MACFL) will be held on Saturday, 29th day of October, 2011 at 4:00 pm at the registered office of the company, F/2 A-F, S.I.T.E., Karachi. (Notice is hereby enclosed).
