Mandviwala Mauser Plastic Industries Schedules Key Board Meetings to Review Quarterly Accounts

Karachi, Mandviwala Mauser Plastic Industries has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 30, 2024, in Karachi. The agenda for the meeting includes the examination of the company’s first and second quarterly accounts for the periods ending September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2023, respectively.

Additionally, the company’s share Transfer Books will be closed from April 24, 2024, to April 30, 2024. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the company’s shares, adhering to clause 5.6.4 of the PSX rule book.
