MQM Leaders Meet Sindh Governor to Discuss Urban Development and Industrial Growth

Karachi, Leaders from the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan met with Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori at the Governor House to deliberate on federal development projects and the infrastructure needs of Karachi. The discussions aimed to enhance industrial production and ensure continuous utility supply to foster economic growth in the region.

According to Sindh Governor House, the meeting included prominent MQM leaders such as Dr. Khalid Maqbool, Mustafa Kamal, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Nasreen Jalil, and Faisal Sabzwari. They reviewed several key issues, including the maintenance and restoration of Karachi’s infrastructure and measures to boost industrial output. Special emphasis was placed on the continuous supply of electricity and gas to industries, critical for sustaining industrial activities in Karachi.

In addition to the meeting, the MQM leaders toured the IT marquee at the Governor House, where Governor Tesori highlighted that the courses offered were part of an educational initiative started four months ago, with certifications provided by Karachi University. Dr. Khalid Maqbool commended the initiative, describing it as a transformative opportunity for local youth.
