According to Kashmir Media Service, 35-year-old Wakil Ahmed was attacked in Bahraich City, with the incident causing widespread shock and condemnation, particularly as details emerged on social media showing the severity of the assault.
The local police, acknowledging the incident, stated that Ahmed, who ran a small business, was returning home after work when the attack occurred.
