Islamabad, May 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):H.E Ajit Rajapakse, Deputy Speaker of Parliament of Sri Lanka called on Raja Pervez Ashraf. He appreciated Sri Lanka’s resilience for bravely facing the turmoil and he also wished sustainable development and growth to the country in future. Mr. Ajit said Sri Lanka always cherished relations with Pakistan and their continued support in times of distress. They also discussed matters of mutual interest mainly related to regional tourism and deeping parliamentary cooperation through regular engagements. Ms. Javaria Zafar Aheer, MNA was also present during the meeting.
