Naseerabad Division Holds Muharram Preparatory Meeting with Religious Scholars

Naseerabad: A significant meeting, chaired by Commissioner Moinur Rahman Khan, was convened in Naseerabad Division to discuss the preparations and address concerns for the upcoming Muharram processions.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting saw participation from a wide array of scholars, including Mufti Kafayatullah, Maulana Abdul Wahid Zahri, and representatives from various religious communities. The scholars raised issues regarding electricity, water supply, and public safety during Muharram.

Commissioner Khan emphasized the teachings of Islam on peace and brotherhood, urging scholars to promote these values, especially during the sensitive period of Muharram. He also assured that the health departments are on alert and security plans will be fully implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of the participants.
