National Accountability Bureau arrest Mufti Shabbir Ahmad Usmani and his brother Sajjad Ahmad in Modarba Scandal

Islamabad, November 21, 2013 (PPI-OT): National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested Mufti Shabbir Ahmad Usmani S/O Munawar Hassan, CEO Al Wasey Group and his brother Sajjad Ahmad in Modarba Scandal.

The accused persons were arrested from Taxila, Rawalpindi. They are involved in collection of cash from the general public in the name of Modarba Scheme of investment and profit on monthly basis.

NAB had received applications claims from the general public amounting to Rs. 14 million against Mufti Shabbir Ahmad. The accused persons will be produced before Administrative Judge of Accountability Court, Islamabad tomorrow.
