Islamabad, May 07, 2020 (PPI-OT): Meeting of the National Coordination Committee (NCC) is underway in Islamabad on Thursday with Prime Minister Imran Khan in the chair. The meeting is discussing recommendations made by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) regarding reopening of small businesses and educational institutions by easing lockdown curbs in the wake coronavirus pandemic.
Federal Ministers, chief ministers of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan, Prime Minister Azad Kashmir and senior officials are attending the meeting. Provincial chief ministers are participating in the meeting via Video link.
