Lahore, A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nazir Cotton Mills Limited will be held on June 20 to consider setting the number of directors for the forthcoming election of the board. The company has announced a “Closed Period” from June 11 to June 19, during which no director, CEO, or executive may deal in the company’s shares, as mandated by Clause 5.6.1.0 of Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations.
