NIA court issues proclamation orders against 5 Kashmiri youth

Srinagar, May 23, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, India’s dreaded National Investigation agency, Special Investigation Unit (SIU), and paramilitary personnel issued proclamation orders against five peace and freedom activists in the territory.

The agency’s Special Court, Kulgam, designated under black law issued proclamation orders on [so-called] anti-India activities,” a police spokesperson said in a statement. The proclamation orders were issued against Arjumand Gulzara, Bilal Ahmed Butt, Sameer Ahmed Sheikh, Abid Ramzan Sheikh and Basit Amin Butt, the spokesperson said.

Before the issuance of the proclamation orders, the court had issued open-ended non-bailable warrants against all five, he added.
