Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar says that citizens are not taking the second wave of coronavirus seriously
Lahore, November 10, 2020 (PPI-OT): Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that citizens are not taking the second wave of coronavirus seriously. Precautionary measures are utmost necessary. Corona is increasing gradually and the death rate is increasing day by day. Violations of SOPs are being witnessed. More strict decisions will have to be taken if the situation will remain the same. The government appealed to the people to display responsibility and take precautionary measures.
The number of active corona patients in Punjab has reached to 6556. 369 confirmed cases of the corona were reported and 8 patients died during the last 24 hours. 10802 corona diagnostic tests were conducted during the last 24 hours. He said that so far 1670914 corona tests have been conducted in Punjab and out of 106577 corona patients, 97614 patients have been recovered. He said that 2407 patients have died from coronavirus in Punjab.
