Karachi, October 09, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 09:30 a.m. at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi to consider and approve quarterly accounts for the period ended September 30, 2012 alongwith other usual matters.

Kindly note that from October 11, 2012 to October 17, 2012 would be considered as “Closed Period” of the Company.
