Pakgen Power Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, August 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Pakgen Power Limited (PKGP) will be held at 11:00 A.M. on August 22, 2013 (Thursday), at 1-B, Aziz Avenue Canal Bank, Gulberg-V, Lahore, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Information for the half year ended June 30, 2013, with a limited review by the external auditors.

Closed Period:-

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from August 12, 2013 to August 22, 2013 till dissemination of financial results to the Stock Exchanges as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
