Karachi, August 12, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Registered Office of the Company DSU-13, Pakistan Steel Industrial Estate, Bin Qasim, Karachi to consider unaudited accounts for the half year ended June 30, 2013.

Closed period under clause (xxiii) of Code of Corporate Governance will be from 12th August 2013 to 19th August 2013.
