Karachi: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has reported a change in the voting power of its CEO and Director, Mr. Zain Ashraf Mukaty. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the adjustment in Mr. Mukaty’s voting influence was officially noted today, revealing both direct and indirect modifications to his stake.

The company disclosed that Mr. Mukaty’s direct shareholding stands at 75.81 million shares, which constitutes approximately 20.99% of the voting rights. Additionally, he holds an indirect voting power through corporate shareholding of about 894,658 shares, or 0.25%. Consequently, the total voting power of Mr. Zain Ashraf Mukaty has increased to approximately 21.24%, totaling 76.71 million shares.

The indirect voting power comes from his proportional shareholding in other corporate entities that have stakes in Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited. This strategic positioning allows for a more significant influence in company decisions and future directives.

This change underscores the evolving dynamics within the company’s leadership structure and highlights the growing influence of key executives through both direct and indirect investment channels.
