Karachi: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has announced an increase in the indirect voting power of its CEO and Director, Mr. Zain Ashraf Mukaty.

As of the recent update, Mr. Mukaty’s direct shareholding in the company amounts to 75,813,113 shares, which represents 20.9946% of the total voting power. Additionally, he holds indirect voting power through corporate shareholding comprising 719,071 shares, equivalent to 0.1991%. Collectively, his total voting power now sums up to 76,532,184 shares or 21.1937% of the company’s total voting rights.
