Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to Enhance Energy Sector Collaboration

Islamabad: Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have reached an agreement to further expand their bilateral cooperation in the energy sector. The consensus emerged during a meeting held in Riyadh, where Pakistan’s Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb and Minister for Power Sardar Owais Ahmed Leghari met with Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions centered on strengthening the economic partnership between the two countries and expanding their collaboration in the energy sector. Both sides committed to ongoing consultations and maintaining close coordination to advance cooperation in sectors of mutual interest.

The ministers expressed satisfaction with the growing partnership between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. They reiterated their commitment to deepening economic and energy cooperation through sustained engagement and close bilateral coordination.
